What really gets me excited is when a Raiders player has a real chance at having an impact on a fantasy team.
During the 2010 season, Zach Miller will have that opportunity.
Miller has led the Raiders in receptions and yardage in each of his last two seasons and has quietly made a case for himself as a top 10 fantasy tight end.
So far, only the infrequency of his trips to the end zone keeps him from being considered truly "elite."
Things should improve considerably for Miller with a change at quarterback. With the Redskins last year, Jason Campbell depended heavily on his tight ends Chris Cooley and Fred Davis.
If Campbell assumes the starter's chair as expected, there is a good chance that Miller will meet again or eclipse career highs in catches and yards, easily topping the three touchdowns he scored in 2009.
Let's go RAIDERS!!!!
