Oakland and Arizona's preseason tilt may not have you on the edge of your seat, but it's football worth watching as the regular season slowly approaches.

Neither one of these teams has enjoyed success so far this summer, but that's going to change for one lucky team Friday night in Glendale, AZ. Arizona, with two losses and a home crowd behind them, has to hope it's them.

What's At Stake?

Nothing is really at stake, considering it's preseason football, but both squads have players trying to earn roster spots. This is yet another chance for those players to prove themselves.



The Raiders would like to improve off of their last showing. They lost 3-0 to Dallas in their first preseason matchup, and very few bright spots can be taken from the game. Wide receiver Rod Streater made his presence felt with a six-catch, 66-yard performance, but he was the only standout player for the boys in black.

Arizona has lost twice, and their defense has been very bad. This isn't their starting unit on the field for the majority of the game, but they have allowed 44 points in two contests.
