Oakland Raiders Versus Denver Broncos Has Yo-Yo Results Since 2007

When you study calculus and learn about a limit, you realize that if the function is oscillating near a given value on the x axis, then the limit does not exist.

A conclusion cannot be drawn when we look at the data for the Oakland Raiders and the Denver Broncos.

Since this data shows an oscillating pattern, I, personally, do not want to hear commentators talking about the Broncos being consistently better than the Oakland Raiders.

Of course this study only focuses on 2007 through 2009.

Here are the facts about the performance of the Oakland Raiders when they compete against the Broncos:

year Broncos Oakland final score difference 2009 23 3 -20   < 19 20 1   > 2008 41 14 -27   < 10 31 21   > 2007 23 20 -3   < 20 34 14   > 2006 13 3 -10 17 13 -4 2005 31 17 -14 22 3 -19 2004 31 3 -28 24 25 1 2003 31 10 -21 22 8 -14   It's a good chance we will defeat the Denver Broncos in 2010. Do you agree?

Go Raiders! There is hope!
