Observations
1. If the Oakland Raiders play smart, then they can defeat the Cardinals.
2. If things go wrong in the first quarter, don't wait to change quarterbacks. Do it immediately or let Bruce Gradkowski start the game.
3. Yes, the game on Sept. 19 was against a team with a 1-15 record in 2009. The Cardinals have a 10-6 record and minimizing error is what it is all about.
4. Put sentiments and feelings aside and man the team with the best players no matter if they are not starters. Give the best guys a chance to play.
Go Raiders! The name of the game is "Win Games."
