NFL Week 13 Preview: Can the Oakland Raiders Cool Down the Red Hot Chargers?

In round two of an AFC West rivalry, the Oakland Raiders will travel to San Diego, in Week 13, to take on the San Diego Chargers. The Raiders are struggling, having lost two in a row, while the Chargers are red hot, having won their last four.
