Could JaMarcus Russell Be The 2010 Version of 2009’s Javon Walker?

It is a horrible thought, but one to consider, knowing that Al Davis controls the team.

Oakland last year in the offseason heard a lot about Javon Walker, his "unknown" surgical procedure and his rant that he was ready to prove people wrong.

He played the part of his own doctor, declaring himself fit and ready for the season.

How much did he play, last year?

Not yet, and not quite.

Given that Al Davis had no problem with an expensive hood ornament on the bench last year in Walker, could Al be considering the same thing, against all logic?

Apparently.

However, two things do come into focus when thinking about Campbell, Russell and the team in general.

Perhaps this is Al's way of saying, "Tom, I know last year you felt if you had Bruce Gradkowski as the starter for a full season, you could ge...
