Breaking News: Oakland Raiders Name Hue Jackson Head Coach

The Oakland Raiders, as expected, have named Hue Jackson head coach.

The team's website says he'll be formally introduced tomorrow, by owner Al Davis. The article also boasts how Hue improved the Raiders' offense, and even called him "dynamic".

What's Al Davis' message?

“The fire in Hue will set a flame that will burn for a long time in the hearts and minds of the Raider football team and the Raider Nation.”

I love it, Al!

This is great news for the Raider Nation and the squad itself. Jackson is a fiery man who knows how to fire up the team. He also knows his stuff.

Players expressed support when asked if he should be named head coach.

The promotion of Hue gives a sense of continuity for the Oakland Raider players.

I'm sure most are satisfied at the fact that he was named, considering he's so well liked in the locker room. It'll be interesting to see what Mr. Davis has to say tomorrow. Obviously, he's very excited.

Tomorrow Al will prove that he hasn't lost it.

A burning question: Now, will Hue Jackson call plays or not?

Tell me what you think Raider Nation! Who will call the plays? Is this the right move?

Just Win, Baby!
