2013 NFL Free-Agency Wish List for the Oakland Raiders

After a cash strapped start to the 2012 season, the Oakland Raiders and general manager Reggie McKenzie will start to see some breathing room and available cap in 2013. McKenzie will be looking to fill some key areas on both sides of the ball.
