PROJECTED STARTING LINEUP:
#1 WR: Darrius Heyward-Bey
If Chaz is healthy, it’s Chaz’s position to win. Considering his history, though, I wouldn't bet on it.
LT: Jared Veldheer
Look for Veldheer to make great bounds in his sophomore campaign. And don’t be surprised to see this guy in the Pro-Bowl by year four.
LG: Marcus Cannon (Rookie)
With Veldheer beside him, the Raiders left side will boast the meanest young tandem in the NFL. Look for the Raiders to run to the left side early and often.
Center: Samson Satele
For those who thought Satele was finished, he surprised all of his critics in 2010 by anchoring an offensive line unit that boasted one of the best rushing attacks in the league.
RG: Bruce Campbell
In his sophomore campaign, Campbell will take the reins from the disappointing Cooper Carlyle. Expect the yards per rush to increase from the sub-four yards per rush while rushing to the right side.
RT: Langston Walker
He’s not great, but he’s serviceable at right tackle.
TE: Zach Miller
Expect Zack to be back and steadily on the attack.
#2 WR Jacoby Ford
Ford is the most explosive receiver on the team. It will be a crime and a disservice to him and the organization not to get the ball in Ford’s hand as much as possible.
