Shaquille O'Neal recently starred in a Chinese beer commercial for the alcoholic beverage called Harbin.
In this advertisement, two men are fighting over the last bottle of Xuejin, so they decide to settle it with a game of basketball.
The first guy unzips himself and turns out to be a tall generic basketball player. The next guy then unzips himself and turns into...Kazaam!
Shaq and the unidentified player go at it one-on-one, and Shaq presumably dominates the match and wins the beer.
However, the beer is stolen! Oh, no!
An attractive woman takes the beer from Shaq, thus wasting his efforts to win the beverage. However, little does he know that she actually has a whole case of beer.
No word on whether the unidentified player got a share of any of the beer.
It's a silly little commercial, but it undoubtedly puts a smile on your face, thus exemplifying once again how lovable a dude Shaq is.
Honestly, Shaq needs to be in more spots like this. The Icy Hot Pack Patch commercials were good, but this is just priceless. There's no doubt that the next time I go to a Chinese restaurant, I'm going to order Harbin beer because of this ad.
It's great advertising genius and another reason why all companies should try to get Shaq in their marketing schemes.
