This summer has been one of the more memorable offseasons for the NBA. With at least 8 all-star caliber players testing the free agent market along with several other highly talented players, it seems as though teams have played somewhat of a chess match in competing with one another. Since it is looking more likely that the NBA might have a lockout next year, many players have tried to get large, long-term contracts. In addition, there have been a few veterans willing to take less money to give themselves a great opportunity to win a championship.
