With the NBA Draft coming up this week, there appears to be a general consensus that John Wall will be the top pick. Being a top pick comes with certain expectations. Some players meet those expectations, some far exceed. Others fall far short and many, wind up somewhere in between. Who was the best top pick in NBA Draft history? Who was the worst? Note: The rankings are from best to worst, starting with the 1966 NBA Draft. That draft was the first year the NBA did not use the territorial pick rule.
