They lost Kobe Bryant to an Achilles injury and can only pray that he comes back the same Kobe. They then lost out on Dwight Howard during free agency, leaving many to believe that they are at the bottom of the Western Conference.
Only Lakers fans are left with any sort of hope, and our own Lakers fan, Reese Waters, is not one to give up on his squad.
