@ESPNSteinLine & myself have been told by sources that new CP trade btwn LAL, NO & Hou has been submitted to NBA office for approval.
According to Marc Stein, the specific changes aren't known from the original deal, but it is assumed that more youth and/or draft picks will be involved.
Details of specific changes made to original 3-team framework not immediately known but NBA insisting Hornets get more youth/picks this time
And Hornets GM Dell Demps, who put the original deal together, stated the league had given them permission to resume talks with the more youthful directive.
"Yes, we've been given autonomy to make another trade," Hornets general manager Dell Demps told reporters at a news conference Friday night.
"We're back to work and everything is on the tab."
More details should be forthcoming soon, but it is expected that the key players will be the same, with the Lakers shipping Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom and getting the point guard superstar in return.

NBA GM tells me he's heard any deal that delivers Chris Paul to LA must also send Andrew Bynum to NO. "But I'm on outside looking in."
