2010 NBA Draft Rumors: Los Angeles Lakers’ Second-Round Options

Historically, the Los Angeles Lakers haven't done much with the NBA Draft. That isn't likely to change in 2010. This year, the NBA Champions have the 43rd and 58th overall picks, and are mostly looking to fill out their roster with young, cheap players. The focus of the Lakers coming into these next few years is to shed their salary as they are currently $27.8 million over their salary cap. The Lakers paid big money to keep players like Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol, and are not currently looking for any expensive superstars. Obviously, a championship team doesn't have many holes to fill, but it is likely that the Lakers are looking for a weak side shooter.Begin Slideshow
