Tony Bergstrom to Raiders: Video Highlights, Scouting Report and Analysis

A three-year starter for Utah, O-lineman Tony Bergstrom was a steady presence for the Utes during their transition to Pac-12 play, and was awarded with all-conference honors as a result of his work in 2011. He has very good size at 6'6" and 315 pounds, and some football pedigree to boot: He's married to the sister of Ravens outside linebacker Paul Kruger.

But a couple of considerations that teams must take into account for Bergstrom are his position at the next level and his age. A lack of quickness may prevent him from a sustained career as a left tackle, and he'll be 26 by the time the 2012 regular season commences.

Combine Results: 20-Yard Shuttle: 4.84 seconds. 3-Cone Drill: 7.95 seconds. 40-Yard Dash: 5.19 seconds. Bench Press: 32 reps

What the Experts are Saying:

Strengths: "Bergstrom is a very good mover in space. He is not very aggressive in any of his blocks, but when pulling he is very good to chop his feet, gather his weight and settle into a block to put himself into a position to get movement and keep sustained. He is a technically sound player who uses his hands well. He looks natural in his pass set and gets his hands readied early to fight off rushers. He isn't very strong, but relies on feet and technique to work on the line and make reliable blocks." —NFL.com Bergstrom has the technique and smarts to contribute early on in his NFL career, but a likely position switch will probably prevent him being more than a depth player for 2012-13.
