That will reportedly change in Sunday's home game against the Cleveland Browns, according to Monte Poole of the San Jose Mercury News:

The Raiders have had a horrific defense for much of the 2012 season, not to mention a talented but relatively inexperienced group of skills players.
Oft-injured RB Darren McFadden has once again missed extended time, which hasn't helped matters.
So considering the heavy price that Oakland paid to get Palmer and the dire circumstances that have surrounded him, the insertion of Pryor into the lineup may be just to confuse defenses and add a different running aspect to the Raiders' ground game, which ranks No. 29 in the league.
Pryor, a former Ohio State star and No. 1 recruit coming out of high school, was an outstanding dual-threat QB in college, but left the Buckeyes in the midst of NCAA rules violations.
Since arriving in Oakland, Pryor hasn't been able to find a role in the Raiders offense. He has entered just one game in his year-and-a-half in the league, and sits behind first-round bust Matt Leinart at No. 3 on the quarterback depth chart, according to the team's official website.
That seems to indicate that Pryor is nowhere near ready to take the reins of a team as a starter. But his exceptional athleticism and competent tossing ability may be able to throw the Browns off, and hopefully help the Raiders snap ...
