Raiders vs. Chiefs: Full Highlights and Recap

The Oakland Raiders took the show to the road and handily beat the Kansas City Chiefs by a score of 26-16. This score doesn't demonstrate just how dominating a victory it was for the Raiders, as the Chiefs managed a touchdown at the end of the game when the outcome was already well in hand.

Brady Quinn didn't last long, as he only attempted four passes before leaving the game with a "head injury," according to the AP. He was taken out after getting hit hard on two separate occasions, one of which resulted in an interception.

In his stead, Matt Cassell was competent, completing 20 of 30 passes for 218 yards and a touchdown, but he also threw an interception and lost a fumble.

Carson Palmer played well enough to win, passing for 209 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.

The real story of this game was the way the Raiders were able to stifle Jamaal Charles on the ground and the way Darren McFadden was able to run rampant. Charles was held to just four yards on five carries, while McFadden ran for 114 yards on 29 carries.

The Raiders improved to 3-4 and will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 9, while the Chiefs fell to 1-6 and will travel to face the San Diego Chargers on a short week on Thursday Night Football.
