The Raiders have been stuck at .500 for the past two seasons, but it's been a big step from where they were just a few years ago, when they were the laughing stock of the NFL.
With the Peyton Manning-led Denver Broncos expected to win the AFC West this year, the Raiders need to play mistake-free (and yes, that means keeping the penalties extremely down) football.
