Well, you can forget about Kobe Bryant being sugar and spice and everything nice to Dwight Howard.
Bryant reportedly told Howard in the Lakers' meeting with the big man on Tuesday, per Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports:

Instead of trying to do things your way, just listen and learn and tweak it, so it fits you.

It appears the biggest obstacle to the Lakers re-signing Howard will be his willingness to play second fiddle to Bryant...or simply listen to him.
We saw traces of a little back-and-forth between Howard and Bryant last season as the Lakers went on to lose in the first round of the playoffs. Apparently, Bryant isn't willing to change anything for Howard, so Howard will have to be OK with changing to suit Bryant's tastes.
