With their season going nowhere fast, the Los Angeles Lakers appear headed to the NBA draft lottery. The team has little to play for, and there have been reports about coach Byron Scott potentially shutting down Kobe Bryant for the season.

Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News reported that Scott would revisit sitting Kobe after the All-Star break.
